Who should attend: Professionals whose responsibilities include requirements gathering, business analysis, or project management; those who analyze business situations and develop requirements; and application developers whose goals include transitioning to IT business managers.
The Information Technology Business Analyst certificate program at Penn State Great Valley consists of four courses:
The first course, Assessing Users' Needs, is held on Wednesdays, now through February 24, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
The second course, Object Oriented Methodologies, Introduction, is scheduled for Wednesdays, March 10 – April 21, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. $590
The remaining courses, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and IT Change Management and Quality Assurance, will be scheduled at later dates.
A Penn State University certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the four courses.
